• To take charge of architectural-related tasks:
  • Prepare materials for presentation
  • Update on various Government departmental news and revised regulations/ PNAP, etc.
  • Participate in management site project meetings
  • Assist at site temporarily to resolve architectural related matters
  • Handle office interior upgrade design
  • Participate in site office planning in developing an In-Tech Workplace
• To support the general operations of the CEO Office:
  • Review the latest market news / new construction technology
  • Assist in D&B Tender preparation
  • Collaborate with other departments for managerial tasks
  • Assist CEO on any other Ad-hoc items

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or other related disciplines, accredited by HKIA/ARB is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-graduate working experience
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy, well versed in AutoCAD/ InDesign /3Dmax. / PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Passionate, well-organized, with the ability to handle multi-dimensional tasks
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
