Responsibilities:

1. Generate creative ideas and layouts for various marketing campaigns on digital platforms.
2. Responsible for the graphic design of all online and digital marketing tools consistent with the brand image.
3. Maintain the web layout and graphic designs for company website and any related projects in support of business;
4. To create innovative concepts, layouts and artworks for international digital platforms (social media, mobile app, website)
5. Manage online social media platforms e.g. company website, etc
6. Develop creative design solutions to meet client's objective, targeting the international market, enhance overall visual effect and user experience.
   
7. Strong knowledge of web optimization with good understanding of social media and solid knowledge of the latest digital technologies
8. Participate in the planning and formulation of operational project design plans

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in website and marketing activities; Work experience in financial industry is preferred
2. Diploma holder or above in Web Design, Graphic Design, Art Design or related disciplines
3. Proficient in Photoshop、CorelDraw、AI、CAD, etc
4. Experience in Web design, i.e. HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash creation will be an advantage
5. Unique insights of Visual design of the Internet and understanding of brand analysis
6. Strong creative planning ability, able to complete the design program independently
7. Has a strong user concept, can fully consider the user experience in the design;
8. Creative mindset with strong graphic design, Good sense of layout design on both desktop and mobile environment and design promotion template
9. Creative, with good interpersonal skills, good communication skills and good team spirit.
10. Proven portfolio of previous design work;
11. Creative, with good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, innovative, strong attention to detail, well-organized, good team spirit and consistently meets deadlines
12. Responsible and self-motivated in work under pressure
