We look for a talented caliber as a Creative Director in our overseas team in East Asia to lead a full-process creative design throughout the project preparation and execution process, from conceptualization to realization. He/ She will:

• Overview the creation of plans and visualizations using computer-aided design software allocated by the Company.
• Manage, supervise and work closely with account servicing/project team to provide clients with high-quality, professional and architecturally-sound event set-ups.
• Manage sourcing of relevant third-party vendors, budget evaluation and communicate directly with vendors in the entire process
• Act as bridge between Creative department and all others, ensuring original creative design is realized in all integrity onsite, thereby ensuring quality, creative intent and architectural safety.
• Perform and control administrative tasks including the development of relevant timelines, briefings, audits, and work allocation boards to ensure the smooth operation of the entire department.
• Work closely with HR to build and maintain a strong, talented team
• Complete all assignments in timely manner as assigned by direct report manager.
• Complete all additional assignments as deemed necessary by direct report manager in timely manner

• Bachelor’s Degree in respective field or higher
• At least eight years’ relevant professional management and leadership experience
• Applied knowledge and proficiency in event architecture, design software, working and visualizing in both 2D and 3D
• Portfolio of relevant professional design works to demonstrate creative design experience and aptitude
• Able to think critically, understand complex situations and requirements, operate under stressful and pressure-driven work environments, and work closely with co-workers in a solution-driven manner
• Excellent in Mandarin and English
• Good judgment, flexibility with working hours and locations
