• Responsible for eShop project management, coordinate with internal department & external vendors to manage project daily tasks and report status timely with proper documentation
• Generate progress reports and project performance analysis for management review, ensure successful delivery within agreed time, cost and quality targets
• Assist in planning and implementing eShop promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities with budget management to drive eShop traffic and sales revenue
• Communicate with cross functional teams frequently to develop creative contents and execute marketing calendar, campaign planning, integrated marketing communication activities on social media platforms
• Monitor and update promotion and product content contained on eShop & mobile App 
• Analyze data from campaigns to show return on spend for multi-channel campaigns
• Evaluate customer journey to elevate customer experience and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction
• Perform ad-hoc projects and administration duties as assigned

• 2+ years of working experience in eCommerce / digital projects
• Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• Experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated and well-organized
• Achievement results-oriented and willing to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attentive to details and customer focused
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both speaking and written Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English
• Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
