Job Responsibilities

 1. Support of user on-boarding service to a marketing-leading B2B e-commerce platform

• Conduct workshop to engage user and follow up with them
• Prepare workshop/training material and user manual
• Report the on-boarding progress on a regular basis
• Provide training and coordinate test (SIT/UAT) for users and assist them to use the platform
• Answer enquiries from customer and assist them to set up service account
• Monitor the operation of the platform, prepare test plan and perform test
• Prepare multiple reports to user on a regular basis

 2. Professional service to customers

• Provide mapping service for data conversion of different formats
• Collect and document user/business requirements
• Provide consultancy service to customer about the EDI Implementation practice

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management or IT related discipline (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Basic knowledge in information technologies
• Basic knowledge in EDI standards or e-commerce would be an advantage, but not a must
• Well-organized and skillful in communication
• Good written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Skillful in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Words, Projects, Zoom and Teams is a MUST
