Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sales Plan Operation
- Extract and analyses sales and customers data, promotion setting on POS, etc.
CRM Operation
- Prepare and execute SMS/e-DM/ app push for customers, extract data and make regular reports
- Membership App event / coupon planning and development with HQ.
- 3rd party data management, sales operation (register promotion, data analysis, etc.
- Manage WeChat account / posting & delivery service operation for domestic and overseas market develop special GWP time to time for special season or event.
- Planning strategy for slow moving items.
Market Research
- Report of competitors promotions and market trend to develop sales plans.
Report
- Extract and update data for reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Degree Holder in Business, e-Commerce, Marketing, or any related discipline
- 2 to 3 year working experience in channel sales, digital retail, trade marketing or related industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different organizations and teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
