Job Description
- To prospect, analyze, and recommend business solutions to major accounts from e-platforms, consolidators and direct e-sellers
- To make sales plan and meet the sales targets given by the company, ensuring continuous growth and maximizing returns
- To obtain information of market trends and customer needs, therefore providing insights to the management, with recommendations
- To establish business pipeline in parallel with sales plan, ensuring sales force efficiency and healthy new business development in line with sales and strategic plans
- To maintain regular contact and follow up with existing accounts, for maximum retention and sustainable business relationship
- To analyze trading portfolio and identify threat and opportunity
- Assist in business development activities related to logistics and warehousing.
- Manage and coordinate special services relating to warehousing, local transport and airfreight as required
- Provide weekly sales updates and report and prepare for quarterly reviews
- Degree holder preferable in Business or Logistics management
- Min. 5 years of sales or account servicing experience in transport logistics industry
- Knowledgeable in e-platforms, cross-border eCommerce, and air freight forwarding
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Business mind-set, flexible, with can-do attitude
- Show drive to find solutions
- Able to work in teams with mult-cultural environment
- Business trips to China are required
- Immediate availability is a defintie advantage
