Responsibilities

• Manage online acquisition channels including SEM, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Display Networks
• Perform data-driven analytics on online channels and Google Analytics
• Generate new growth and unique creative ideas for better performance and impact
• Update social media trends and developments to ensure all tone and style is consistent across all digital platforms
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure all social media platforms are aligned
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or related discipline is preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in digital performance marketing
• Good knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, Google ads, Facebook ads and GDN is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Chinese
• Highly collaborative and team oriented
• Able to work independently and take initiative to be a progressive thinker
