Responsibilities

• Track, document and communicate the project progress, obstacles, delays, and risks to all team members
• Create and review project plans and manage project schedules based on established priorities and available resources
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical resources
• Co-ordinate with various internal departments to resolve issues on business transaction process
• Provide technical support to trading partners on product testing and implementation
• Approve/supervise business transactions flow design
• Facilitate regular reporting and reviews

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of management experience, with an excellent track record of successful completion of projects
• Understand the concept of Supply Chain Management and E-Commerce
• Willing to work under pressure and commitment to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills
• Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin, and Cantonese
