Job Description
招聘全職數學導師 ( 中學 )/ Full time Tutor
工作範圍：
-為中學學生提供有趣而內容豐富的數學課程（英數課程）
-定期為學生進行評估，並與家長溝通學生學習的進度
-分校運營中部份行政及市場宣傳
-課程安排及計劃
-協助編寫課程教案及課堂流程
學歷要求：
DSE/會考/高考 成績良好，大學程度以上； （DSE 5*及以上，待遇從優）
可介紹大四在讀學生申請本崗位；
工作要求：
-認同本教學機構的教育使命、核心價值和辦學宗旨
-熟悉/願意學習中學相關的教育項目運作及最新政府教育政策
-兼備團隊建立及承擔精神
-歡迎新畢業生加入
-良好的中英文口語及書寫
-在課程設計上有創意和想像力
-熱愛教育事業、有愛心和耐性
-性格活潑開朗、賦有創意、具備良好表達及組織能力
-良好課堂及時開管理能力
工作時間(全職工作時間)：6天制
星期二至五：上午9：00-下午6：00，
周六至周日：根據課程安排進行授課。
工作地點：太子/銅鑼灣
全職月薪及福利︰
高底薪+ 額外授課酬，首年30-50萬；
年終獎：平均2.5倍月薪年終獎，最高可達5個月；
授課課時費，每年4次調增機會（視乎授課表現），上不封頂；
