Job Description:

• Provide product warranty and after sales technical supports/queries;
• Provide product & application training, field testing and compliance support to customers;
• Provide on-site field service, installation and technical support with overseas service team;
• Ensure works carry out according to the agreed method statement and quality standard;
• Perform other job related assignments as required;

Requirements:

• College or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Registered Electrical Worker is a must;
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in field service support in electrical automation;
• Knowledge of PLC, automation and sensor solution is an advantage;
• Strong communication skill and problem-solving skill;
• Good PC and Microsoft Office skills;
• Good in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Available for traveling to China.
• Candidate with more experience would be consider as Senior Service Engineer/ Service Engineer Supervisor

Office Location: Kwun Tong
