Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, development and management of various kinds of projects in existing buildings, involving fitting out, renovation, re-layout and building services installation etc.

• End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of project planning, design, implementation, quality and cost control, and final delivery of projects that meets customer expectations of time, quality and within budget

• Create project schedules that comply with financial, resource and material requirements
• Work together with a team of project staff including project client, project users, project engineers, vendors, partners and subcontractors
• Manage all stages of the projects with particular emphasis on the quality assurance aspects and the resolution of escalated project issues

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Architecture, Building Studies, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or equivalent. For less academic qualification, candidate with strong confidence and independent work ability will be considered
• Minimum 4 years’ project/ program management experience in the development of real estate, campus and/ or hotel projects
• Computer technique such as AutoCad, Power Point, Photoshop is preferable
• Good leadership and relation management skills in working with project teams and strategic account teams
• Sufficient understanding of local regulations, code of practice and legal issues with contracts and knowledgeable in valuation, risk assessment
• Good presentation and negotiation skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
