Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily activities in Data centre.
- Plan maintenance notify to concerned customer.
- Patrol IDC data hall for safety and security purpose, troubleshooting and services restonration.
- Handing customer remote hand request in IDC area.
- Familiar with OSI Model and TCP/IP.
- Troubleshooting skills, systems and tools.
- Good at communicating.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate with good positive attitude will be considered
- Shatin Industrial Area
