Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle implementation, installation, launching and supporting of new products and projects developed in-house
- Perform system monitoring, platform enhancement and capacity planning
- Provide tier 3 support for engineering and operation team
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' solid experience in telecommunication industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft server applications, MSSQL, Linux / UNIX, virtualization and Cloud native environment
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position
- Fresh graduates are welcome
