Responsibilities:

• Handling overall job operations, co-ordination and administration     
• Assist in documentation control and progress monitoring including shop drawings, materials, daily/weekly reports, method statements, testing & commissioning, quality assurance on site etc
• Co-ordinate with contractors, suppliers and clients for daily works

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in consulting firm / contracting company     
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, detail-oriented and responsible  
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules     
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office, MS word, MS Project         
• Willing to travel abroad and China when necessary         
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
