• To prepare / construct / develop BIM projects deliverables/ tender/ building design;
• Attend co-ordination workshops; and
• Responsible for handling BIM modeling works for construction projects and maintaining a drawing / information register.

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction projects using BIM;
• Diploma in Architectural Studies / Construction / Engineering or equivalent;
• CCBC is a must;
• Strong knowledge in BIM Technical / Development / Rendering; and
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Manager.
