Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Global transmission network maintenance and operation, including service provisioning, troubleshooting and network upgrade, performance analysis, etc.
2. Tier 2 troubleshooting and 7*24 on-call service escalation.
3. Global transmission network optimization, evolution and innovation.
4. Providing dedicated services to VIP customers, such as service troubleshooting, response to customer's inquiries, etc.
Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in transmission or IP network operation, maintenance or deployment.
3. Familiar with transmission network principle and technology, such as WDM, SDH, OTN, etc.
4. Knowledge in IP network technology. Holder of CCNA/CCNP/HCNA/HCNP is preferred.
5. Good communication in both written and spoken in Chinese and English.
6. Able to work well under pressure with self-motivation and independently.
