Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
• 3 years or above relevant experience in hotels or VIP lounge
• Experience in front desk operation, preferably in serving premium gusts
• Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-oriented with good communication skills
• Confident, customer-oriented, energetic and sense of responsibilities
• Proficient in communication of both English and Putonghua
• Conversant with computer skills in using MS Office
• Immediate available is a great advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide support on the execution of guest relations and loyalty programs
• Deliver professional and adequate services to premium members and guests
• Responsible for cross-level coordination on resolving complaints and requests
• Interact and serve guests in a gracious manner in order to build close relationship
• Maintain the database of VIP and participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
