Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling and processing members’ profile update and all types of membership administration tasks which require data capture function
• Prepare analytical reports via MNS system for membership drive action planning
• Always maintain excellent relationship with members and potential members
• Work closely with Events department and participate in events / meetings / activities
• Reports to the Assistant General Manager in all aspects of membership management
• Prepare business correspondence to members e.g. newsletter and annual report etc.
• Promote members’ programs and Club facilities
• Handle members’ enquiries and recommend solutions for continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hospitality, Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Club House Industry or Hospitality, experience in event management and members relationship is highly preferable;
• Customer service with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills, able to handle business correspondence and maintain a membership database
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese,
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Independent, multi-tasked, strong organization and communication skills
