Job Overview

Responsible for Food and Beverage outlets of the Non-Hotel Food and Beverage projects in Central.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly familiar with the restaurant’s menu.
• Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests.
• Provide courteous service to guests and responds promptly and tactfully to guests’ enquiries, complaints and requests.
• Take immediate remedial actions against complaints.

Requirements

• F.5 or above.
• Minimum 1 year Hotel Food and Beverage Service.
• Fluent in both spoken/written English and Chinese.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service.
