Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth operation of the restaurant and bar area
- Provide high quality services and maintain a good relationship with club members
- To ensure the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant and bar area
- Prepare high standard beverage and serves the members including the cashier
Requirements:
- Form 5 or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 5 years of Food and Beverage working experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Knowledge of club membership, beverage purchasing is preferred
- Enthusiastic, leadership skill with excellent service-oriented personality
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
