• Handle full set of sales support including sales orders, special request, price quotation and tender submission;
• Handling online platform orders;
• Support to food services customers via calls or correspondence and follow up cases;
• Liaise with all internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement;
• Provide administrative support, such as product list and price list update, customer account opening documents, products specifications or etc.;
• Customer account opening;
• Liaise with Operation team and Production team for special arrangement needed for retail outlets and food service customers;
• Ad-hoc duties as required;

• Min. 2 years working experience, preferable in F&B supporting role;
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing, and experience in using Flex system is preferred;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Detail-minded, able to work independently;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
