Job Description:

• Responsible for new food product sourcing and purchasing
• Conduct market research and forecast upcoming trend & product demands
• Conduct product costing analysis to ensure favorable pricing and trading terms
• Prepare product information to Sales Department
• Develop a long-term strategic business relationship with various local and global vendors
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by superviso

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 1 year sourcing experience, preferably in F&B Industry
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with strong business acumen
• Well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude
• Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent skill in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Merchandiser
