About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Hong Kong team as we're bringing Oddle's position in Hong Kong to the next level. Join us in this high-growth journey and make a meaningful impact in the F&B scene.

You will bring potential F&B merchants onboard as Oddle's partners with our online & dine-in products. You will adopt the local sales strategies and manage the sales cycle from pitching to closing the deals, to grow and expand our restaurant's clientele.

What you will do
  • Build a sales pipeline of restaurant partners and subsequently acquire them
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end commercial process from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling and winning deals for both inbound and outbound leads
  • Work with the onboarding team to drive the full onboarding process of restaurants from going live to fulfilling our success checklist
  • Ensure restaurants have completed the activation checklist before handing over to an account manager
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including onboarding, marketing, operations, support, etc in the process of your delivery
Who you are
  • 1-3 years of business development/sales experience with a proven track record of consistent target achievement. Experience in the F&B, eCommerce or Tech industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince
  • Fluent in verbal & written Cantonese is mandatory to attend to the Cantonese-speaking local clients, and a basic command of English
  • Strongly disciplined, determined and results-driven
  • Highly self-driven and self-motivated with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Good team player and willingness to share knowledge and experiences with team members
  • Possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
  • Work well under pressure and possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
