Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of product development timeline, cost estimation, production trial, shelf life testing arrangement, specification information analysis and setting and documentation
- Communicate with different parties, including Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, chef & etc. to facilitate product development work
- Keep abreast of food regulatory standards of different countries
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science or related disciplines
- 10 years relevant working experience in food industry
- Familiar with ISO9001, 22000, HACCP, GMP
- Familiar with food regulatory standards of different countries
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant R&D Manager
- Work location: Tai Po Industrial Estate (shuttle bus will be provided)
