• Daily operational & accounting duties including invoicing, payment verification & processing, product costing, project costing, , cash related transactions, payroll, MPF and taxation arrangement
• Provide support in full set of accounts and manage the bookkeeping
• Assisting in month-end closing and preparing bank reconciliations
• Prepare full set of accounts and periodic financial reports
• Assist in interim and annual audit
• Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by management

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years relevant experience preferably from retail or wholesale sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Word & MS Excel
• Fluent in English & Cantonese
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
• Self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
