Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for direct and oversee all accounting and finance function of the listed group, including but not limited to financial management of subsidiaries in China, Hong Kong and USA, consolidation and tax planning
- Reviewing and analyzing the financial results of Group and business units and provide recommendation to improve the business performance and support operational and strategic decisions
- Developing financial strategies by identifying monetary resources and formulating cash flow forecast and annual budget
- Ensuring all statutory reporting, corporate governance and compliance requirements are met through a meticulous focus on financial controls and reporting policies
- Acting as financial advisor to the board and play an important role in advising on the Group's stock optimisation strategy and investment directions
- Responsible for various investment projects in due diligence, feasibility analysis and related financial management
- Taking a lead on investment related activities, including management of bank and investor relations, fund raising and investment road shows
- University degree in Accounting or Finance with accountancy professional qualification such as ACCA or HKICPA
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the CFO capacity, across both sizeable MNCs and HK listed companies
- A strong understanding on HK listing rules and standard accounting treaties across different countries (HK GAAP, IFRS, PRC GAAP etc.)
- Experienced with corporate governance, investor relations and general business requirements of a HK listed company
- Well versed in manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good business acumen
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required, both written and spoken
- Frequent travel to Southern China (Shenzhen and Huizhou)
