Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operation, month end close process
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Assist with budgetary, cash management, manage AP, AR, Opex reconciliation, AP processing, assist in consolidation and related analysis
• Prepare fund transfer and bank reconciliation
• Work with the operation team to provide financial insights on revenue and overheads
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in an all-rounded finance role
• Basic knowledge of computerized accounting system and proficient in MS Office with system implementation experience
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective interaction with stakeholders is a plus
• Previous experience with e-commerce or logistic firms would be an added advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
