KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily accounting duties for HK and China, including accounts payable, accounts receivable functions and documents filing
• Perform full cycle accounts payable functions by coding, vouchering, reviewing and processing all types of vendor invoices and staff reimbursements while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal control and procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate payments
• Handle inquiries from vendors and colleagues and resolve outstanding issues
• Prepare monthly payment accruals, inter-company debit notes and intercompany balance reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing including follow up on PL breakdowns and BS schedules
• Handle China VAT submission process
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in yearly stocktake and audit
• Assist in other projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or above in Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detailed minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
• Knowledge in Movex is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
