Responsibilities:

• Pursue account payables (AP) and overdue account receivables (AR)
• Prepare latest statement to the sales department
• Maintain automatic statement
• Maintain SAP system, credit limit application and change by all customers
• Handle cash flows forecast and carry out analysis for AP and AR part
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge in application of SAP Finance System would be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Preferably Immediately Available
