Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounting duties and accounting schedule, financial and management reports
- Responsible for month-end closing, including bank reconciliation and accounting schedules
- Handle accounts receivable and match the total of cash, credit card sales and e-payment on the POS reports
- Prepare accounting documentation, records, general ledgers and monthly reports
- Preform day to day accounting duties including cheque issue, filing and data entry
- Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments when necessary and provide other administrative support to the team as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in accounting or related discipline
- 5 years or above retail working experience in accounting field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel (PIVOT TABLE, VLOOKUP), word and Chinese word processing
- Proficiency in MYOB is an advantage
- Liaison with auditors and bankers
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, mature, well-organized, detail-minded and result-oriented
- Immediate available is highly preferred
