Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vouchers, expense claim forms, reconciliations and payments
- Assist in full set of accounts preparation
- To coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit and other financial reporting compliance
- Support group reporting preparation (including management accounts and budgeting)
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and other duties as assigned e.g. process automation
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Previous training in large CPA firm and MNC experience is highly preferable
- Independent and with good analytical mind
- Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent in MS Excel, knowledge of Sun System will be an advantage
- Good command of both written & spoken English & Cantonese
- Immediate available is preferred
