Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the tax and accounting matters for the Group
- Responsible for the execution and communication of tax planning projects with other departments and consultants
- Oversee the overall tax compliance work, including tax return filings, tax payments, tax disputes and transfer pricing documentations, etc
- Provide professional advice to management on tax-related matters
- A good and effective team player
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other business-related disciplines
- CTA is required
- Strong knowledge of HK / international tax law and practice
- Solid experience in corporate taxation
- Support the implementation of tax optimization strategies and company structure rationalization
- Hands-on commercial experience in providing tax advice
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
