Responsibilities
- Plan and review business process and internal control (quick hit). Identify risks and make recommendation for risk mitigation. Assist to perform comprehensive review as requested by local management.
- Partner with internal parties in developing policies/procedures and operating guidelines over new business initiatives. Handling enquiries and conduct training to the corresponding team/ Line Of Business. Assist to roll-out Corporate new initiatives.
- Review and ensure the compliance of SOX financial controls and ITGC, Minimum Control Standard (MCS). Coordinate and assist in local statutory audit and Payment Card Industry (PCI) audit.
- Partner with HR or other internal partners to review Conflicts of Interest Declaration and participate in investigations and ad hoc projects
- Coordinate and assist in US Management Audit over operations.
- Handle enquiries and perform review of payment exceptions, e.g. T&E rejection, Pay Term exception, One-time vendor, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business related discipline
- 3 years external audit or internal control/ audit experience, with international accounting firms experience is preferred
- Strong in logical thinking and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills or other software to perform analysis.
- Good communication skills and experienced in presentations.
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
