Job Summary:

• Regional role
• As a key member of the financial team to assist in General Ledger and assist in the preparation of accounting schedules for Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts and daily accounting operations;
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and management reporting package, including schedules for management and other ad hoc analysis;
• Preparation of annual budget & quarterly forecasts;
• Perform inter-company current account reconciliation and issue balance confirmation letter to the inter-companies;
• Create and maintain master data in the accounting system;
• Maintain fixed asset register;
• Ensure the country book comply with group reporting policies;
• Liaise with external auditors for interim & year end audit engagements;
• Preparation of statutory accounts and income tax returns;
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably with experience in retail/fashion business and regional markets;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and effectively with all levels within an organization;
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English;
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel;
• Knowledge in SAP.
