Job Description
The incumbent will assist in handling full spectrum of human resources functions of the assigned business units. He/She will also be responsible for providing administrative support and handling ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 3 years' hands-on experience in payroll calculation and handling compensation & benefits administration tasks in sizable organizations; exposure in retail or service industry will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- A fast learner, detail-minded and able to finish tasks within tight schedule
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
