Key responsibilities:

1. Document business / user requirements into solution proposals/use cases
2. Work with the engineering team and architecture team to identify options and recommend solution to the best interest of the business
3. Interacts with the business to gather, understand and document business needs and requirements, using structured methodologies and tools.
4. Liaise with stakeholders to assess required changes / enhancements to fulfill on-going business need
5. Works with development teams to ensure that proposed design meets requirements and enterprise quality standards.
6. Develops test plans, including identification of test scenarios/cases.
7. Assists in the analysis of underlying issues arising from project team or support team

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in IT or related discipline
2. Minimum 3 Years working experience in business analyst
3. Strong business acumen and sound accounting knowledge would be a plus
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
5. Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
6. A good team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
7. Excellent in oral and written communication in English and Chinese; good in Putonghua
