Job Description
- Provide administration support for the team
- Prepare business documents such as sales quotations, tenders and reports
- Perform contracting review and checking
- Draft letters as requested
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- University graduated
- At least 1 year of working experience in business administration or sales support an advantage
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Obtained level 4 or above in HKDSE English Language a plus
- Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Input
