Job Description
This is a dynamic and demanding role and will involve considerable flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks in order to deliver administrative support for the academic community within the Centre and wider community. The post holder’s role will be to ensure effective and professional liaison and communication with academic, administrative and external customers at all levels, to facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide efficient and professional services to stakeholders
- To provide effective support in programme, events and office administration
- To implement the admission and registration process
- To support teaching and learning services
- To maintain student records and its systems
- To support and implement event plans and concepts
- To work on weekends or evenings during teaching peak seasons.
