Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll preparation
• Maintain and update staff records, filing system and renewal of insurance
• Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment/ facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal & etc.
• Assist in some general accounting duties
• Participate in ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 5 years or above of HR & Admin working experience
• Knowledge in accounting is highly preferable
• Experiences in HRIS implementation project is an advantage
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Accurate Chinese and English word processing
• Proficient in application of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks 
• Immediate available is preferable
