Job Description:

• Provide clerical support over the projects
• Support warehouse department: inbound and outbound material movement (transfer, storage, staging and retrieval)
• Assist supervisor in inventory management model: setting stock levels, establishing economic order quantity and classifying stock-keeping unit
• Issue Purchase Order to vendors according to pre-set rules
• Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal parties for day-to-day logistics operations
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

  Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above 
• 2 years or above experience in administration 
• Detail minded and outgoing, with good communication & interpersonal skills    
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
