Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff relations and other related functions
• Perform recruitment activities including job posting, screening candidates, interview arrangement 
• Assist in staff boarding and orientation
• Keep accurate hiring record to improve recruitment KPI and analysis
• Maintain and update employee attendance and leave record, MPF form and medical card
• Prepare employment contract and other related HR letters
• Maintain an updated, efficient and effective central filing system
• Plan and organize staff activities
• Provide support in ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirement

• Degree or diploma in HR discipline or
• Undergraduate with business or management discipline who is interested to be an HR professional is also welcome
• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience is preferable
• Detail-minded, self-initiative, well-organized
• Willing to work with people and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
