Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Learning & Development and Staff Relations amongst other key HR duties as required;
- Responsible for updating, review and execute HR and Admin policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks to make sure in compliance to the Hong Kong regulations;
- Maintain staff record and HR filing system;
- Responsible for general office administration, including maintenance, procurement of office suppliers and other administrative or support functions required;
- Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner;
- Liaise with different department and staff-related issues
- Handle BR, license and insurance renewal related issues
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma and above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in HR & Admin functions
- Knowledge about Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as an advantage;
