Job Description
Our client is a Japanese Company Electronic components providers, their Hong Kong office is expanding and they are now looking for an Admin Assistant (Fresh Grad opportunities). MNC environment and prospective career development immediately available candidate are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate person as necessary
- Answer all inbound telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Responsible for the reception area, meeting rooms and all common areas in a good working order
- Provide a diverse range of administration support and assistance to the business units as required include but not limit to travel/event arrangements, office utilities/supplies management, vendors management, etc.
- Responsible for ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above.
- Good command in English & Mandarin.
- Professional, strong organizational skill candidate with welcoming attitude
