 Job duties

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the back office and companies of the Group
  • Responsible for general HR functions such as recruitment, payroll calculation, leave record update, tax filing, etc
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel filing and database administration
  • Ensure daily operations are running smoothly by coordinating with internal and external parties
  • Participate in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Job requirement

  • Certificate or diploma in HR Resources Management or any other related disciplines
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & MPF requirements
  • Cheerful, self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized & with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS office (proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets is highly preferred)
  • Good command of Chinese and English (Chinese word processing is necessary)
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as HRA Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
