Job duties
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the back office and companies of the Group
- Responsible for general HR functions such as recruitment, payroll calculation, leave record update, tax filing, etc
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel filing and database administration
- Ensure daily operations are running smoothly by coordinating with internal and external parties
- Participate in any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job requirement
- Certificate or diploma in HR Resources Management or any other related disciplines
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & MPF requirements
- Cheerful, self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized & with good interpersonal skills
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in MS office (proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets is highly preferred)
- Good command of Chinese and English (Chinese word processing is necessary)
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as HRA Officer
- Immediate available is highly preferable
