• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to ads posting, screening, interviewing and preparing documents for on boarding
• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, record keeping, maintain the filling system etc.
• Preparing monthly reports
• Coordination of training and events
• Provide other administrative and clerical support
• Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

• Degree holder in HRM or relevant discipline
• At least 1 year relevant HR experience; experience in recruitment is a plus
• Well-versed with employment related ordinances with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized and with a high level of integrity
• Proficiency in MS Office software applications
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
