Our client is a well-established Chinese securities company.They are now looking for a Admin Manager to join the team. 

Job Responsibilities:  

•  Manage the general admin function of HK office and directly report to the partners/ senior management of the firm, including but not limit to screen phone calls, file document, order office supplies, arrange courier, coordinate travels, and etc.
•  Prepare bank payments, arrange reimbursements, and manage the bookkeeping process by working closely with external vendors for monthly financial reports
•  Under the supervisory of senior operation staff, handle the client onboarding and facilitate the communication between the fund custodian bank and the clients.
•  Handle staff onboarding and exiting, payroll and all HR related administration
•  Assist in IT and Compliance work by liaising with external advisors/vendors and keeping record properly
•  Assist in other ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements:

•  Bachelor or above in business administration and other related disciplines.
• Solution provider and team player, who will be able to fit in an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture
•  5+ years all round office manager / administration experience in financial industry with basic knowledge on asset management
•  Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
•  Good knowledge on basic HR and Finance,  proficiency in MS Office  
•  A natural self-starter with global aspiration and the desire to break out of comfort zones and learn new initiatives
•  Immediately available is preferred
