About the Role:

Hong Kong based HRBP role with core focuses on retail recruitment , talent management, performance management & employee relation in ASIA PACIFIC (HK, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Australia). This role reports to Senior HR Manager, International based in Hong Kong.

• Manage end-to-end retail recruitment in Asia
• Act as a trusted advisor to the retail management team on all employee relation issue
• Manage quarterly talent review and career planning
• Deliver HR advices on employment law, performance coaching, disciplinary action and staff counselling
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Perform data analysis when needed

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years+ of experiences in business partnering in a sizeable organization preferably gained in retail sector with employee relations
• Knowledge in regional employment law is preferred
• Basic understanding in payroll will be a plus
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and HR system
