Responsibilities:

• Handle Property Sales and Purchase works and legal documents
• Handle conveyancing files
• Handle leasing and tenancy administration
• Act as landlord's representative to monitor Takeover and Handover of Permises
• Monitor the Property Manager and ensure compliance with Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses.
• Able to handle correspondence independently
• Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• F.6 or above with relevant experience
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Working experience in a law firm is an advantage
• With accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independence with minimal supervision
• Attentive, quick response, punctual and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and a good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Whatsapp communication
