In pursuit of our growth so that our rich culinary culture and values can be realized, shared and embraced globally, we are looking for collaborating team members to join our expanding Human Resources team. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and execution of overall reward and compensation strategies to enable the company to effectively and cost-effectively attract, retain, motivate and engage the talents.

How you will contribute:

• Provide the portfolio of services include but not limited to the total rewards development, job grading, compensation benchmarking and structures, incentive plans designing, staff cost budgeting, and HRIS implementation etc.
• Provide various analysis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study, workforce planning, benefits survey, and HR costing, etc
• Manager the HR Operations, including but not limited to payroll and fringe benefits administration, and tax reporting, etc.
• Review and streamline HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth
• Participate in any other assignments/projects as requested

You might be a fit for the role if you are:

• Passionate with retail environment. Understand the retail industry and be comfortable with the dynamic business cycle. Able to work closely with the top management, supporting decisions and providing the evidence for discussions within business units for developing effective C&B strategies.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills. Able toengage stakeholders in a collaborative manner. Customer-oriented with keen attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into action. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Able to present and communicate information and recommendations based on target audience.
• Innovative and problem-solving skills. Highly analytical in developing, collecting, analysing and manipulating large data sets. Ability to provide relevant solutions to total award requirements.
• Focus on people. Ability to lead, manage and develop the C&B team as desired skills and competencies are developed. Able to encourage the team to grow with Company together.
• The experience. 5 to 8 years of total rewards/benefits/compensation experience with deep knowledge of compensation cycles, market analysis, job evaluation and incentive design. Position will be determined based on the candidate's experience and abilities.
• The education. Bachelor holder in Human Resources Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or other relevant quantitative field.
